Warranty and Return

We want you to love our products as much as we do. All items we ship have successfully passed our QC inspection.Our warranties ensure you have a fantastic experience while giving you total peace of mind.
Most items sold by Honrow are covered by the following comprehensive product warranties:

45 Day Money Back Guarantee

1. In the unlikely situation that your product is faulty, you can send it back for a refund within 45 days of receiving it. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.
2. If the product works (but you do not wish to retain it) you can also send it back within a 45 day period for a refund. Return shipping reimbursement is unavailable.

How to request warranty (return, repair and refund)

Only faulty items can be returned under warranty.
If your item has an issue,please submit a ticket to our Support Center

Please follow the warranty process:

1.Please describe the problem with your item in details(what happened and when?) stating your order number and product code ( sku number).
2.Please tell us what steps you have already taken to solve the issue.
3.Please give us the item code indicated on the outer package.
4.Please send us clear picture or video of the defects in good lighting.
PS: Ideally, the photos/videos should be clear and focused, under good lighting conditions, and taken at close and medium distance. We will do our best to help you.

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

Contact our Support Center for RMA authorization, on the same day of receiving the item, and ship the product back via the least expensive method.
The item will be exchanged with a replacement upon all details received (pictures/videos).

One Year Free Repair Warranty

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is one year counted from the date of purchase.
Within one year of the purchase date, buyers can return items for free repairs. Buyers pay the shipping fees for sending the item back, while we pay for the shipping fees for sending the repaired item back to the buyer.

Missing items, wrong items or package sent

Please be sure to open the parcel and check the contents before signing for the package.
Please follow the warranty process:
1) Contact us with your order number along with the product code (sku number)
2) Please send us clear picture of the outer package and the item ( if applicable)
Solutions:
-If we haven't sent the item by mistake, we will resend the missing item/accessory for free within the warranty period.
-If we have shipped the wrong item: We will either refund you in full or dispatch an item with an alternative item (if applicable).
-If you have purchased the wrong item: We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a full refund or exchange. Shipping fees to return the item(s) to our warehouse and to resend a replacement will be covered by customer both ways.

Size issue ( the item does not fit)

In the clothing business, we may note slight size differences between brands and manufacturers. It is important you check the size chart on the product before ordering.
We consider the size is wrong, if we observe a difference of 3cm (or 1.8 inch ) between the item received and the size displayed in the size chart.

Please follow the warranty process:
1 )Contact us stating your order and item code
2 ) Please send clear photographs of the items while placed on the ground and place a ruler or measuring tape to measure out the differently sized part. The photos/videos should then be submitted to the after sales team. We will provide a reply as soon as possible. Normally it will take 2-3 business days.
Solutions:
-If we shipped you the wrong size by mistake, we will either refund you in full or send you an item with an alternative size (if applicable).
-If you chose the wrong size ,we will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange. You will be responsible for the shipping fees both ways. Please ship the package to the address provided by the after sales team along with the RMA form. We will provide a partial refund as long we receive the return package; to help us, the customer should provide all relevant tracking information.

The product is not faulty, can I return it ?

We will either offer a partial refund if you keep the item or ask you to return the product back to us for a partial refund or exchange.
Shipping fees will be covered by you for shipping both ways.
Please contact us within 30 days after you received the product.

Warranty Exemptions

The buyer must pay the reshipping fee to us before the item is authorized for repair.Product degradation through wear and tear, along with breakage during use, is the customer's responsibility and is not covered by warranty.

Note: If the buyer has damaged/misused the item(s), it will immediately void the product's warranty. No compensation is available in such cases. However, customers are welcome to contact us to purchase replacements or spare parts (if applicable). We will charge the original value of the components and a shipping fee to dispatch them.
All Honrow products are strictly quality controlled prior to dispatch.
"Due to their nature and intended usage, product categories such as RC Toys, Scooters and Wheels are subject to wear and tear through repeated use. As such, our 45 Day Money Back Guarantee relating to RC toys, Scooters and Wheels, only covers "dead on arrival" instances where the product does not work out of the box. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the product(s) carefully upon arrival.

Other special product warranty:

This applies to: men's clothing, shoes, watches, flashlights, phone and tablet accessories.
Returns for the above categories can only be accepted within 30 days from the date you received the item. This is for exchange or store credit only if they arrive damaged, are defective, or are the wrong item(s).Relevant merchandise must be returned unworn with tags intact along with a completed RMA form.

Notes about refunds
